Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in project setup, provide equipment inspections, and ensure project close-out. You will also interact with engineers and field personnel, arrange travel and lodging, and provide liaison with client representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in project setup and ensure all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are ready for transport to site.
  • Provide required equipment inspections and assist in project close-out.
  • Interact with engineers and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Arrange travel and lodging for project team members.
  • Provide liaison with client representatives to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Demobilize site and return tools, materials, and equipment to main office.
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Fall Protection experience preferred.
  • Light steel work preferred.
