Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality pediatric home care services in the St. Rose area.

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, including 12-hour shifts, to accommodate the needs of our patients and their families.

As a Pediatric Private Duty LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families, while also enjoying a rewarding and challenging career.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians, and record clinical and progress notes.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and services to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient health information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
