Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in areas such as underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project, from initial planning and design through to execution and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, execution, and completion
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality project delivery
  • Identify project risks and formulate contingency strategies
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to address their needs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Prepare and present project reports to management

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in underground utilities, civil contracting, road construction, asphalt, and concrete construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong project management capabilities, including proficiency in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and inspiring team members
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
