Compensation
- Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00

Key Responsibilities
- Review contract documents, clarify project scope, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare project budgets and schedules.
- Identify necessary permits, licenses, and procedures prior to project initiation.
- Create project-specific quality and safety standards.
- Review and finalize buyouts, identifying contract scope omissions and amending subcontracts as needed.
- Develop a comprehensive project schedule with input from the project team and trades, incorporating client milestones and required phasing.
- Establish efficient processes for pre-construction, construction, and project close-out phases.
- Procure major equipment as necessary.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct monthly production control and cash flow projection meetings.
- Identify and address issues affecting budget and schedule.
- Screen RFIs, submittals, and other project deliverables for compliance.
- Review change order submissions and monthly payment requisitions.
- Ensure completeness of documents submitted in Procore.
- Enforce adherence to ICSC internal procedures.
- Assign tasks to project team members and subcontractors based on priority and schedule.
- Participate in meetings with owners, clients, subcontractors, and staff.
- Coordinate in-house manpower and resources with other project managers.
- Build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
- Lead and motivate project personnel to enhance their contributions and professional growth.
- Provide ongoing feedback and address performance issues.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development.
- Encourage staff to utilize best-practice tools and methodologies.
- Direct construction activities of subcontractors and laborers as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Possession of an SST62 license.
- Valid driving license.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience with SCA, MTA, or public projects preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
