Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure a high-performing team
  • Oversee payroll, scheduling, and employee relations
  • Monitor and control expenses, shrink, and other store operations
  • Assist in the construction, opening, operating, and closing/tear down of Spirit stores
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate a 9-month seasonal commitment
  • 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
