Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new, high-net-worth relationships through leads and referrals
  • Manage and deepen existing relationships through regular outreach and engagement
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand clients' financial goals, objectives, and current situation
  • Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze clients' financial plans
  • Introduce clients to a range of banking, lending, and investment solutions to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients, including face-to-face meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM tool to document client interactions and track progress
  • Develop and execute a business development plan centered around proactive outreach and follow-up behaviors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Series 7, 63, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment
  • Experience in cultivating relationships and generating revenue through banking, lending, and investment product referrals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements and a sound control environment
