Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team at Steps, LLC, a leading provider of autism treatment services.

As an ABA Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
  • Collecting data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Supporting BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participating in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensuring a safe and positive environment for clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
