Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians to ensure the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect project progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to technicians.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing a team of technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
