Licensed Plumbing Technician

Bluedrop Water addresses water quality challenges for both residential and commercial clients through the design and installation of advanced water purification systems. We are in search of a Licensed Plumbing Technician to enhance our expanding installation team.

This role includes a $2,500 signing bonus. Candidates must possess a Massachusetts Journeyman plumber license and be eager to embrace a new and exciting opportunity. Experience in water filtration is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments and installation planning
  • Install Bluedrop equipment, including water filtration systems, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units
  • Collaborate with Bluedrop's operations, service, and sales teams
  • Maintain the company vehicle in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Follow through on commitments made to customers
  • Manage, maintain, and secure company assets, including inventory, equipment, vehicles, and machinery
  • Assist in training other team members
  • Prioritize safety to ensure a compliant and injury-free work environment
  • Support growth and development within your division through mentorship, training, and exposure to various services and business functions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools relevant to the plumbing industry
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently complete projects
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and interpret plumbing and electrical schematics
  • Capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Must hold a MA State Journeyman Plumbers License
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
