As an APRN, you will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites, assessing and diagnosing their needs to determine the appropriateness of medication treatment. You will also participate in ongoing medication evaluation and monitoring, as well as patient treatment planning.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Assess and evaluate the need for medication treatment, and participate in ongoing medication evaluation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
- NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred.
- Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License.
- Current DEA certification.
- ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs.
- Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents.
