Position Overview

The role involves executing a variety of plumbing installations and services for residential clients while promoting the full range of services provided by our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Install hot water boilers, steam boilers, and water heaters, while modifying existing plumbing systems in accordance with installation guidelines, supervisory directives, and relevant local codes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in hot water/steam boilers, water heaters, and gas/water piping.
- Conduct basic service on steam boilers under supervision.
- Perform a variety of plumbing services, including the installation of new gas and water lines, and conduct air tests on gas piping.
- Modify and fabricate pipe fittings as required for installations.
- Identify and address electrical, plumbing, and safety concerns related to installations.
- Complete necessary clerical tasks to fulfill service requests.

Qualifications

- Possession of a Journeyman's license.

- Valid driver's license.

Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced expertise in residential plumbing installations and services.
- In-depth understanding of local plumbing and gas regulations.
- Proficient knowledge of tools and materials relevant to plumbing installation and service.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.
- A Maryland State Plumbing License and active backflow certification are required.
- Strong skills in servicing hot water and steam boilers.
- Excellent customer relations abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in the sales of services offered by our company.
