Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating, Inc., a Top Workplace in the United States, is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman with WSSC experience to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Plumbing Foreman will work in our new construction division to construct and install commercial plumbing systems. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Install pipes and fixtures per regulation
  • Rough-in and install support pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation
  • Assemble fittings and valves for installation
  • Modify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of commercial plumbing experience
  • Journeyman or Master Plumber certification
  • WSSC experience preferred
  • New construction plumbing experience
  • Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to problem-solve and have strong decision skills
