**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Forward food orders to the kitchen staff and ensure that orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
  • Assist guests in selecting menu items, offering recommendations and answering questions about our offerings.

**Requirements:**

  • Three years of previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic calculations, including making change for patrons.
  • Must be able to obtain an Oregon Food Handler's Certificate and OLCC Server's Permit within 30 days of hire.
  • Desirable: Experience with MICROS systems.

**Working Conditions:**

This role requires the ability to stand or walk for a minimum of six hours, with frequent use of hands and fingers for filing, operating a computer keyboard, cash register, and phones. The employee must also be able to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch, and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds with the aid of a dolly.
