Job Title: Patient Care Concierge Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Concierge Team Lead to join our team at Prenuvo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while also leading and mentoring our Patient Care Concierge team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Patient Care Concierge team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, techs, and radiologists, to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact patient care or satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in patient care or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
