RN - Administrative Supervisor-RN, Hospice Full Time

As an Administrative RN Supervisor with SSM Health, you will play a vital role in coordinating daily operations to ensure the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned home care and/or hospice ministry. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shifts to ensure patient and staff assignments are made effectively.
- Completes and/or contributes to performance evaluations of staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
- Serves as a resource to the staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and information to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Performs patient visits as needed, assessing patient needs and developing individualized plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manages patient flow within assigned areas, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Provides support and coordination for patient emergencies, responding promptly and effectively to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Functions as a clinical manager during operating hours, as assigned, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years' registered nurse experience, with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility.
- Strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
