About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team in the Beauty, Personal Care & Wellness sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, overseeing deal execution phases, and providing strategic advisory services to entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, and private equity sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and oversee deal execution phases, ensuring timely and successful completion of transactions.
- Develop and implement strategic advisory services, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to establish relationships and maintain direct contact with current and prospective clients.
- Provide financial analysis and modeling skills to support deal execution and client advisory services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Significant deal execution/sell-side M&A advisory experience gained from an investment bank, independent/boutique advisory firm, private equity, or accounting firm.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, solution-focused mindset, and strong commercial acumen.
- Highly proficient financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, can-do attitude, team player.
- Self-starter willing to work in an entrepreneurial, demanding, and fast-paced environment.
- Significant level of maturity and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
- Proficiency with S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Salesforce CRM, and online data room platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- SIE and Series 79 and 63 licenses are required.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $170,000, discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, educational assistance, and training programs.
