This is a part-time position requiring commitment for 2 days each week.
Are you a skilled maintenance technician with a knack for repairs? We are seeking a dependable maintenance expert to ensure our facilities are functioning optimally. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks, as well as implementing preventative strategies to keep our equipment in top condition and reduce potential risks.
Compensation:$17 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Address additional maintenance requests as needed.
- Examine the premises for any structural issues with windows, doors, and walls, and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform routine upkeep on systems and equipment, including plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring, to guarantee peak performance and execute repairs as required.
- Document service records for all equipment maintenance and repairs conducted.
- Develop and enforce preventative maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operations and mitigate safety hazards.
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance tools, techniques, and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance roles.
