Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings and groups with community members, families, and teens.
  • Collaborate with teams serving families within the Child and Family Team process consistent with the Arizona Vision/12 principles.
  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to deadlines, medical records compliance, and performance requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work).
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • BHT level as stipulated by AZDHS/BHS is preferred.
  • Experience working with at-risk adolescents and families is preferred.
