Residential Care Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as a Residential Care Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide on-site emergency maintenance, responding to all alarms on alternate week nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional tasks include maintaining the trash compactor during on-call times, communicating with the monitoring company, and performing other security-related duties as assigned.
About You
- You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- You possess good skills in various light maintenance functions.
- You are safety-conscious and able to work well with older and disabled persons.
- You can work independently without direct supervision and follow a written schedule of daily tasks.
- You have reliable transportation to serve as on-call staff after regular 1st shift hours.
- You can adapt quickly to different tasks as emergencies arise.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong commitment to providing excellent care and support to our residents.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use relevant software systems.
Benefits and Compensation
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, is also provided.
