About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as a Residential Care Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide on-site emergency maintenance, responding to all alarms on alternate week nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional tasks include maintaining the trash compactor during on-call times, communicating with the monitoring company, and performing other security-related duties as assigned.

About You

  • You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • You possess good skills in various light maintenance functions.
  • You are safety-conscious and able to work well with older and disabled persons.
  • You can work independently without direct supervision and follow a written schedule of daily tasks.
  • You have reliable transportation to serve as on-call staff after regular 1st shift hours.
  • You can adapt quickly to different tasks as emergencies arise.

  1. A strong commitment to providing excellent care and support to our residents.
  2. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to emergencies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Basic computer skills and ability to use relevant software systems.

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off, is also provided.
