Job Summary

Korda Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Wooster, Ohio. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare products for shipment and pallet utilization
  • Load and unload trucks, and restock inventory
  • Assist departments with material movement to ensure no downtime with production
  • Load coils and move raw materials into production areas
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of forklift experience
  • Ability to accurately maintain inventory and check products in according to company standards
  • Ability to make quick adjustments to machine controls and determine distance between objects
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Korda Manufacturing offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer contribution, and other ancillary benefits.

Hourly rate: $18.50 per hour

Shifts: 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, 3rd Shift - 9:30 pm - 6:00 am
