Job Description

Perform various tasks on the production floor, ensuring all duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner. Operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to the appropriate size. Set up and make changes to machinery between runs as needed. Conduct quality checks on finished products, including color, size, measurements, and defects. Oversee multiple production lines and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate industrial sewing equipment and machinery to cut tarps to appropriate size.
• Set up and make changes to machinery in-between runs as required.
• Perform quality checks on finished colors and tarps, inspecting color, size, measurements, and defects.
• Operate and oversee multiple production lines as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.

Work Environment

Work in a family-owned, non-climate-controlled facility with around 125 employees. Safety is a top priority, with monthly training sessions to ensure everyone's protection. Current openings are on 2nd and 3rd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, Ohio.
