About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Circle K team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and parking lot.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, including but not limited to, operating a fuel console, lottery machine, and money order machine.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work with a minimum of direction and periodic supervision.
Working Conditions

Perform approximately 95% of all work indoors, but will be required to work outside to clean parking lots, gas pumps, and take-out garbage. Exposure to extreme cold temperatures while performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler and/or freezer. Exposure to occasional noise.
