About the Role

As a Case Manager at Clarvida - Indiana, you will play a vital role in supporting children, youth, and their families involved in the Child Welfare system. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance, education, and access to community resources to help them navigate necessary services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with children and their families in foster or family homes to provide supervised visitation, transportation, and support.
  • Offer parenting and life skill training, substance abuse education, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment assistance.
  • Work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of your clients and be available for after-hours calls to address crisis situations.
  • Participate in weekly supervision, trainings, and staff meetings to ensure you are equipped to provide the best possible support.

Requirements
  • At least one of the following:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of full-time casework experience working with children and families.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and active vehicle insurance.
