Transactional Tax Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled 2nd – 3rd year associate with transactional tax experience (M&A, private equity and partnership) gained at a law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high net worth clients and/or oil & gas matters. This is a great opportunity for a transactional tax associate to join a growing and dynamic tax practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax documents related to M&A and private equity transactions
  • Provide tax advice to high net worth clients and/or oil & gas companies
  • Collaborate with the tax team to develop and implement tax strategies
Requirements:
  • 2nd – 3rd year associate with transactional tax experience
  • Experience working with high net worth clients and/or oil & gas matters
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
