Job OverviewThis role involves working in our Express Lube department, where you'll be responsible for performing oil changes and other vehicle maintenance tasks. As an Automotive Service Technician - Oil Change Specialist, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and accurate services.
Responsibilities:- Drive vehicles for testing purposes, inspecting and refilling fluid levels as necessary
- Ensure proper tire pressure, clean, and lubricate fittings as needed
- Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to teammates
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Repair or replace worn parts before they cause breakdowns or damage
- Operate power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
- Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- One year in a service department
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
