WHAT WE SEEK:

Your Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for residents from admission to discharge.

Advocate for residents at every stage of their care, ensuring we exceed their expectations daily.

Develop individualized care plans for each resident based on your observations and expertise.
In emergency situations, respond swiftly and calmly to implement life-saving measures.

This may occur with or without a physician present, and you will have the confidence to act in the best interest of your residents.

Administer medications for residents and maintain meticulous records of all aspects of the care provided.

If you possess the following qualifications, we would be eager to discuss further:
Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
Have a valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
Are knowledgeable in nursing practices and the roles of LPNs & RNs.
Understand the laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care.
