About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
