Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security audits and monitoring to identify potential threats
  • Implement measures to prevent data breaches and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement security protocols
  • Provide training and support to staff on security best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on HIPAA compliance
  • CISA certification preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
