Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an important role in care planning
  • Exceptional tools, training, and resources
  • Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
  • Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
  • Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience
  • Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience
  • Help meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
  • Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing
  • Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training
  • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency Room
  • Graduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant
