About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in HVAC system design to join our dynamic team at LTE Staffing. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and engineering HVAC systems for a variety of projects across different sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, data center, and military buildings.

Job Description
As part of our MEP engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions that align with our commitment to engineering excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive mechanical engineering analyses and calculations to design HVAC systems, collaborating with project teams to develop design concepts, preparing construction documents, and reviewing drawings and specifications.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, a Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months, and a minimum of 4+ years of U.S. experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC system design for commercial, healthcare, education, data center, or military projects. You should also be proficient in HVAC design software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, or Carrier HAP, and have strong knowledge of building codes, energy efficiency standards, and industry best practices.
