Job Summary

As a mental health professional, you will provide expert therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and children in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct community-based therapy and counseling assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy and counseling services to a diverse population of clients, including children, adults, couples, and families.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans to address client behavioral and mental health care needs.
  • Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our clinical supervision team to receive guidance and support in your practice.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other approved related field.
  • Current licensure in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic client care databases and MS Office software.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed to meet client demands.
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.
