Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in ABA or a related discipline, hold current BCBA certification, and have a minimum of 2-4 years of leadership experience in the ABA field. This role requires the ability to supervise staff and clients while fostering a positive and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the center, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for staff, clients, and community members.
- Design, coordinate, and supervise assessment and intervention services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders.
- Train and mentor regional clinical staff, including RBTs, BCaBAs, BCBAs, and Team Leaders in areas such as professionalism, programming implementation, data collection, and behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Manage caseloads, supervision, behavior plans, and facility operations.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.).
- Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of ABA experience, including the implementation of behavior-reduction plans and skill-building programs for children and/or adolescents with autism.
- Strong judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills for data collection and report writing.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
