Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Lead to join our team in Peoria, IL. As a Janitorial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of assigned staff to ensure that daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor and train employees to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain quality assurance activities to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards.
  • Interact with employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Aid coworkers as needed to meet customer demands and timelines.
  • Train employees in specialized areas and document training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some experience with administrative tasks is necessary.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.

Benefits

  • Part-time, 2nd shift position.
  • $17/hour.
  • Bi-weekly mileage reimbursement.
