Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and contributing to the overall success of our club.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests warmly and deliver friendly check-ins
- Conduct club tours and promote our services
- Maintain a clean and organized club environment
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with membership sales and food/beverage sales
- Participate in meetings and club events
Requirements:
- Out-going, enthusiastic, coachable, and full of energy
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Customer service, sales, and/or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work 3 shifts per week, generally lasting between 3 and 6 hours each
- CPR/AED Certification required
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
