The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process and supporting various human resource generalist functions. As the Bilingual Human Resource Generalist, you will provide guidance in staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration. You will handle various company policies and procedures, staff development, management training programs, and demonstrate leadership abilities. Responsibilities include fulfilling all recruitment functions, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing employee cultural activities. You will also handle employee relations, compensation issues, develop and counsel employees and managers on various issues, manage the administration of benefits, performance management & employee relations, implement and manage regulatory reporting, EEO-1, OSHA, workers compensation and unemployment. Additionally, you will prepare and write presentations for human resource policies and practices, ensure employees are receiving succession planning, and develop plans with Managers. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or related field, 3 + years human resource generalist experience, Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish, strong preference working from a manufacturing plant environment, functional experience in compensation, benefits and HRIS, knowledge of legal and regulatory issues, capability to maintain strong partner relationships with internal customers, and must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future. PHR / SPHR certifications are preferred.
