Job Title: Water Treatment Specialist

About the Role:

The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Water Treatment Specialists. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our Soldiers by providing clean and safe drinking water. Your duties will include site reconnaissance, equipment setup, operation and maintenance of water treatment equipment, management of portable water supplies, and monitoring the storage, transport, and disposal of waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site reconnaissance and preparation for water treatment activities
  • Set up and operate water treatment equipment
  • Manage portable water supplies and monitor water quality
  • Inspect facilities and food supplies for disease, germs, and other hazardous conditions

Requirements:

  • Interest in algebra, biology, chemistry, and general science
  • High attention to detail
