- Develop and implement design methodologies and procedures to ensure high-quality designs.
- Mentor direct reports and provide guidance on technical and behavioral performance.
- Conduct appraisals and make remuneration decisions to drive team performance.
- Represent the team in corporate engineering processes and methodology improvement discussions.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Director to drive recruitment strategy and resource planning.
- Contribute to Renesas' analog strategy through representation at group management meetings and customer reviews.
- More than 8 years - 15+ years' experience in analog design and leadership.
- Degree-level qualification in Electronics engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge and experience designing various IPs in power management ICs (Buck, Boost, Low Droout LDOs).
- In-depth knowledge of BCD silicon process technologies and mixed-signal design flow.
- Ability to organize, delegate, budget, and plan the team to meet departmental objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high-level knowledge and expertise in conflict management.
