About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agronomy Intern to join our team at AGCO's Dakota Smart Farm in Fargo, North Dakota.

As an Agronomy Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with data collection and analysis for crop trials, as well as supporting the development and testing of new AGCO technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate agricultural equipment to conduct product testing and perform daily field operations as needed.
  • Coordinate, execute, and measure field-based product trials, maintaining plots in good visual condition during the growing season.
  • Assist with the installation of field trial equipment and provide support for data collection and analysis.
Requirements
  • Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and management.
