Fuchs Lubricants is seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to lead our technology infrastructure and cybersecurity efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, allocating resources, and managing IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Develop and implement IT operational plans, including cybersecurity strategies.
• Allocate resources and define requirements for new technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Oversee IT hardware, software, and equipment management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage IT staff and third-party providers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations, such as GDPR.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in management.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Meraki, Cisco networks, and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field required.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL framework.
