Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and building strong relationships with our clients.

The Role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on job progress.
  • Work closely with customers to meet their requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite preferred.
