Senior Wealth Management Advisors operate as fiduciaries within Schwab Wealth Advisory, Inc. (SWAI), a registered investment advisor and an affiliate of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.


You will provide ongoing advice to clients through a virtual relationship, with opportunities to engage with your assigned market and clients.

SWAI's advisory philosophy will empower you to utilize a comprehensive range of holistic wealth management products as you assist clients with larger and more sophisticated portfolios and wealth planning needs.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

Personalized Approach:
Crafting a tailored, comprehensive portfolio and delivering advice designed to meet clients' unique goals, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.

Complete Wealth Management Strategy:
Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring Investment Policy Statements that delineate investment goals, objectives, preferences, and risk tolerance in line with Schwab's investment philosophy.

Experienced Team:

Cultivating strong collaborative relationships with Schwab Branch business partners and financial planners while maintaining and expanding an assigned practice of high-net-worth clients. You will have access to the tools, resources, and support necessary to thrive in a portfolio management environment.


Specifically:

Client relationship management software facilitating seamless client interactions; Financial Planning software tailored for customized, client-focused portfolio solutions; Access to third-party and proprietary research to support advisory recommendations; Ongoing training and commitment to your professional development.

What you have:
CFP designation or CFA designation required; Bachelor's degree required; Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license required (may consider a 90-day COE); 66 license required (may be obtained with a 120-day COE); Five or more years of advisory experience required; Five or more years of direct client interaction in the financial services industry highly preferred.
