Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen leadership role, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality control principles and practices
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
