Objective:
The Senior Business Process Consultant is a proactive expert tasked with guiding, strategizing, designing, and enhancing business operations and product management within connected vehicle services. This role necessitates close collaboration with diverse departments and leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making and enhance financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all facets of business planning and operations related to connectivity services.
- Evaluate, define, and refine business processes for optimal efficiency.
- Serve as a principal consultant, coordinating with internal and external teams to formulate proposals.
- Review, amend, and draft contracts in partnership with various stakeholders.
- Create tailored reports based on specific business requirements.
- Manage Purchase Orders (PO), Good Receipts (GR), and Change Requests (CR) in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams for accurate billing.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
- Align and synchronize financial data with Finance's Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to oversee revenue and expenditures.
- Analyze and interpret intricate financial data and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, comparative analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Develop forecasts informed by business insights and trends.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts to track variances and document insights for future projections.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate potential impacts of business decisions and support strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to financial standards and policies.
- Assess financial risks and devise strategies for mitigation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business, information systems, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT or industry roles related to consulting, strategic planning, business process design, and IT governance.
- 4+ years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within the Telematics, Telecommunications, or automotive sectors.
- Implement best practices for business, administrative, and operational procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to resolve practical issues and manage diverse situations.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker regarding business, product, and technical challenges.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Proficient in building relationships across business and IT stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Fusion).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation Range: $112,830 to $173,756
