Job Summary

Rohm Semiconductor USA, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Sales Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and performing administrative sales support duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to internal and external customers
  • Process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Interface with internal and external customers to deliver pre-and post-sales activities and maintain positive customer relations
  • Perform administrative sales support tasks, including data entry, responding to customer inquiries, and managing order information
  • Prepare quotes on orders for Outside Sales and communicate professionally with customers, outside sales, and other internal users
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related administrative sales support functions, preferably in a semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industry
  • Minimum of HS degree or equivalent required; 2 years of post-secondary education or training preferred
  • Database management and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) skills required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus, especially Japanese
Work Environment

The office location is in Otay Mesa (San Diego county), and we offer a hybrid work schedule. Some light travel may be required.
