Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, providing personalized care and support.
  • Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings and notifying providers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the care team to update and modify care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
  • Administer medications accurately and timely, following established protocols.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to resident outcomes and care.
  • Respond to resident, family, or responsible party inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
