Key Responsibilities
The Scheduling Coordinator will oversee patient referrals and appointment scheduling.
- Utilize an automated scheduling platform to manage service calendars for both episodic and per-visit clients.
- Handle workflows for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and completed visits.
- Daily monitoring of Pending Referrals and assigning licensed professionals and case managers for all initial care visits.
- Maintain daily communication with field staff regarding any unresolved visits that are late, pending, or incomplete, ensuring appropriate resolutions.

Education and Experience
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of one year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment utilizing an online scheduling system is preferred.

Skill Requirements: Strong organizational, customer service, communication, and decision-making abilities are essential.
Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits, supervisory, and reassessment visits is beneficial.
