Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with the analysis, development, and maintenance of computer applications, software, procedures, and systems that meet the requirements of clinical staff. Your role will involve:
  • Interpreting data and identifying solutions to organizational challenges.
  • Implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Collaborating directly with clinical departments to enhance clinical practices and standards.
  • Optimizing workflows and systems.
  • Cross-training with fellow analysts and engaging in ongoing education.
  • Acting as a change agent in the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical systems.
  • Serving as a liaison among Providers, clinicians, vendors, and IT personnel.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A License/Degree in a healthcare-related field, along with 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, or
  • 2 years of experience in a clinic support role utilizing Meditech, Centricity EMR, or other supported programs.
Licensure Requirements
Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or a valid Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If holding a compact license, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a clinically relevant health field, or equivalent practical knowledge.
