About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Logistics Specialist to join our team at MDS Fulfillment, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI or Phoenix, AZ. In this administrative role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Main Duties
  1. Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet client needs and expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues and improve processes.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Access).
Compensation and Benefits

MDS Fulfillment, Inc. offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance, 401(k), and paid vacation/sick time starting Day 1.
