Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Lead

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Operations Lead to join our team at Milwaukee Electronics Corporation. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, including inventory management, production planning, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed, accurate, and timely information to customers' inquiries relating to expediting, scheduled shipping dates, pricing, availability, order processing, and credit processing.
  • Proactively alert the customer of any issues (delivery, quality, cost, etc.) and propose solutions.
  • Schedule and manage customer meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Review customer purchase orders against quotations and resolve any discrepancies prior to processing the order.
  • Maintain and communicate performance metrics internally and assigned customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; preferably in engineering, operations, or supply chain related fields.
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, in a manufacturing environment; with relevant experience working in the electronics industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
