Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Engineering, Quality, and Reliability teams to identify and resolve production and field failures.
  • Develop and implement DFM/DFT recommendations to improve product reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield improvement and reduce failure rates.
  • Regularly report product status and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build expertise on production of server products and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the server and electronic industry with exposure to development of system (hardware/software) and data analysis.
  • A minimum of B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Electrical/Computer engineering or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of mechanical tolerancing and ability to apply it in a production environment.
